Wine-Specific Conditions
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Blatty Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Blatty Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Upon completing a purchase, the customer authorizes the winery to bill their credit card on file as applicable for all wines purchased, handing charges, taxes, and shipping costs as initiated by the customer. In placing an order, the customer authorizes the winery to act on his/her behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver their order to them. Freight charges are determined by choice of carrier, speed of delivery, weight, and value.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Wine can only be sold to customers in states that have passed reciprocal shipping legislation, and further restrictions and limitations may apply. Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, our wines may not be offered in your state. Please call or email the winery for availability if you live outside of California.
TCA Guarantee
Blatty Wines uses high quality corks that have been individually tested for TCA. If you suspect a bottle you purchase has been affected by TCA, please return the cork to us and we will have it sent to a 3rd party laboratory for testing. If the test comes back with TCA detected over 1 part per million we will replace your bottle or refund you money, whichever you prefer.
